Have you heard of Pinterest? If you haven’t, allow me to introduce you to one of my favorite past-times. Pinterest is “a virtual pinboard — a place where you can create collections of things you love and “follow” collections created by people with great taste. People use Pinterest to collect and share all sorts of things — wedding inspiration, favorite T-shirts, DJ equipment. You name it, people are pinning it.”
Basically it’s an online bulletin board and one of the easiest (and most fun) ways to keep track of the inspiration you find online. You can create multiple bulletin boards for different topics etc. One of my boards is dedicated to inspiring ideas I find online for events, tabletop and design. You can see and ‘follow’ that pinboard here. And if any of you are already on Pinterest, be sure and let me know so I can follow you too!
Megan has written a great tutorial for how Pinterest works, how to get started etc. And you can also read more about it on the Pinterest site itself.
Here’s a few of the latest inspiration I’ve found on the web lately . . . you can see more on the Accent Decor Pinterest board too!
