Qualifications:
-basic knowledge of business to business sales
-superior communication skills
-willingness to learn the industry
-extensive computer skills
-bilingual individual a plus
Responsibilities:
-assist existing customers with order placement
-acquire extensive knowledge of the current product line
-investigate and resolve customer objections
– support marketing team with showroom development
-travel to and working gift shows as required
-handle claims and damages, process credits and replacements
-manage incoming calls and transfer responsibility as necessary
